Who in the world doesn't love Nutella? I love Nutella... and I'm pretty sure you do too! Both of us can agree that this is not just an ordinary chocolate spread. Have an extraordinary breakfast through this Nutella French Toast Recipe by Chef Andres of the Ritz-Carlton Southbeach.

- Crack 5 eggs into a bowl and whisk well.
- Add 2 cups of honey.
- Add several pinches of cinnamon to taste.
- Add 1 1/2 cups heavy cream.

- Whisk the mixture thoroughly for 1 minute.
Toast:
- Spread Nutella onto two brioche bread slices (only spread onto one side of each slice).

- Melt 2 tablespoons of clarified butter in a pan or griddle.
- Place batter-dipped sandwich onto pan or griddle.
- Cook approximately 5 to 7 minutes or until golden brown (cooking time depends on thickness of bread used), then flip and repeat on other side.

Garnish:
- Cut the ends off a banana and cut in half lengthwise.
- With pan on medium heat, melt clarified butter.
- Place banana in pan flat side down until golden brown.
