Peppermint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Anyway, I found this recipe on The Simple Things and in case you want to make one, here are the ingredients that you'll be needing:

Ingredients

• 360ml double cream
• 240ml milk
• 100g caster sugar
• Peppermint leaves from 15 stems
• 5 egg yolks
• 140g dark chocolate, finely chopped

And that will yield about 1 Litre of Peppermint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream. By the way, you'll be needing an Ice Cream Maker too!
