Smores Ice Cream Bars

Ever since the first time I've tasted smores, I can't help but be a big fan! And these gorgeous Smores Ice Cream Bars from Life, Love & Sugar are no exception. If only I can cook/bake...



Anyway, to make these Smores Ice Cream Bars, you'll be needing the following:

Crust

• 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 5 tbsp butter, melted
• 4 tbsp sugar

Ice Cream and Topping

• 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 8 oz Cool Whip (or homemade whipped cream)
• 2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
• chocolate sauce
• handful of mini chocolate chips, optional
